Our wire products are widely used in automobile parts, electronic screws, high strength bolts, nuts, self-drilling self-tapping screw manufacturing.

There are carbon steel ,stainless steel ,copper, aluminum in material .Hardness and torque of screw and other fasteners have reached advanced world standard. Material of screws are provided by ourselves.Based on the managerial experience and technique advantages of both TYCOONS GROUP Taiwan and JINHAI GROUP .For the steel wire equipments we improved the advanced equipments such as HPH-Batch –Type Annealing furnace from LOI Germany and machines for intermediate drawing from Taiwan. For the screws equipments we improved the cold heading equipments adopt full-automatic from Taiwan, heat treatment equipments adopt mesh-belt furnace from Taiwan.. An assembled manufacturing system has been integrated from wire rod, intermediate drawing , spheroidized annealing ,pickling and coating ,skin pass to the shaping of screws, cementite and heat treatment .We passed the quality certificate of ISO9001:2008,ISO/TS16949:2008 auto industry system certificate,ISO/IEC17025:2005 national laboratory accreditation.
