Huanghua Jujin Hardware Products Co.,Ltd.is located in Jujin industrial zone,Baizhuang,Jiucheng town,Huanghua City,Hebei Province.The company is a joint venture enterprise which was established on August 1,2003.Juheng Co.,Ltd.from Taiwan and Jinhai Hardware Products Co.,Ltd.from China do the common investment.
Our main products are cold heading spheroidized annealing steel wire(SWRCH1018A、SWRCH1022A),alloy spheroidized annealing steel wire(10B21、10B33).The annual production capacity can reach to 40,000 tons.The steel wires are widely used to produce high strength tapping screws,vehicle bolts and mechanical standard prducts.We are also a self-manufacturer of the tapping screws,drywall screws,chipboard screws,and self-drlling screws,of which the annul outcome can reach to 8,000 tons.
Based on the powerful strength and technique advantages of both Juheng Co.,Ltd.from Taiwan and Jinhai Hardware Products Co.,Ltd.,we imported advanced equipments such as HpH-Batch-Type Anneal-ing furnace from LOI Germany and machines for intermediate drawing from cheng 1 Taiwan.An assembled manufacturing system has been integrated .from intermediate drawing,spheroidized annealing,pickling and coating,skin pass to the shaping of screws,cementite and heat treatment.In 2005,we were entitled the quality certificate of ISO9001:2000.We adhere to the quality principle of"On time,Effort,Precision"and hold the idea of "innovation、creation、surpass myself" to offer our customers with the best service. |
